What does this change for the repo?

  1. If https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/#commands works as documented, Renovate can help us with the maintenance work of keeping a shipped Nextcloud app alive.
  2. Only three open bump PR at a time to avoid too many conflict rebase dances
  3. Bump production deps weekly
  4. Bump dev deps monthly
  5. Bump security immediately
