insetGroupedUIMenuinstead ofUIAlertControllerI reworked the positioning of the highlighted cell quite a bite. This one gave me the best results in all cases. Although it is still a bit problematic when the height of the preview is unknown, but the PR nextcloud/spreed#11093 should help with that.
