rich workspaces overlap other UI elements on public links

Tested with Nextcloud 21.0.2.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder with a Readme.md (rich workspaces feature)
2. Share it as public link with the option to allow uploading and edditing files
3. Open Link
4. Try to upload/create a new file.

Result:

(the drop down to upload/create a file is hidden behind the rich workspaces area)

Same happens when the folder contains a office document and the recipient of the shared link opens Collabora:
