I did not see anything in the config that would differ between stable25 and main. Maybe they changed the monorepo treatment in the meantime...

I told renovate to retry this. Curious to see what comes out of it. If we want to enforce combining the two we could create a group in the config.

The only difference I see is that on master we had 2.7.13 <3 as the range in package json, so maybe that is not handled properly here. Dropped that since we have this in the renovate config anyways.
