UPDio flow not working right on big families

Description of the bug

ERROR nextflow.processor.TaskProcessor - Error executing process > 'SMALLVARIANTS:VCF_UPD_UPDIO:BCFTOOLS_FILTER (1)'

Caused by:
Input and output names are the same, set prefix in module configuration to disambiguate!

Command used and terminal output

UPDio should never run on large families anyways so the easiest fix is to prevent this from running on families with more than 3 members
