Try stay as close as possible to the debian variant, so we also include the nginx-debug binary in the same container.

This scheme allows to enable builds for various distributions and both stable and mainline nginx versions. Closes: #62, #63, incorporating work of Natanael Copa <[email protected]>. Closes: #66.
