To address with upgrade:

• A direct dependency on flatbuffers was added which is only used as a transitive dependency of apache-arrow. This was added to avoid newer versions of flatbuffers due to build issues with the current TypeScript version (see details in PR description Dependency Update October 2025 #2710). When we update Angular and the corresponding TypeScript version we should be able to remove that direct dependency on flatbuffers and update to latest.
