Request: Enable Travis CI for nodejs/i18n

This is a companion issue to nodejs/i18n#58

The nodejs/i18n repo has code in it now, and we'd love to get some CI running on it.

It would also be ideal if Build pushed branches AND Build pushed pull requests can be enabled, for the sake of eventually being able to do automated releases with something like semantic-release.

So this is something you need to manage with github-bot, see nodejs/github-bot#156 for the last round of changes.

It goes something like this:

1. Add a webhook in your repo pointing to http://github-bot.nodejs.org:3333/hooks/github for pull requests and pushes, but you'll need the secret for that, I or @joyeecheung could do that or you could give @phillipj admin access to the repo and he could.
2. Get a PR into github-bot to add your repo to the list.
3. Profit .. ?

Actually I don't know if that's all that needs to be done. @phillipj || @joyeecheung perhaps one of you could get this documented cause it keeps on coming up and I have trouble remembering what's involved.
