I won't have enough time to contribute to Node.js to stay as a TSC member for a while so moving myself to emeritus.

I was waiting until the new meeting generation tooling was up and running as my tooling required me to have access. Now that the new tooling is generating meeting artifacts it's time for me to go to TSC emeritus.

Many thanks to everybody I've collaborated with over the years and maybe I'll be back at some point.
