Very cool! Ring signatures are interesting and can enable some use cases on Nostr. I am particularly interested in anonymous voting use cases for example. |

This NIP is a little rough but I was motivated to submit it for discussion by the recent announcement on nostr by @AbdelStark of Nostringer, ring signatures for Nostr pubkeys. I'm not a cryptographer but I think ring signatures can be synergistic with other web of trust related tools and I would love to see them put to good use in nostr.
The only other ring-signature NIP submitted for PR that I know of is Ghost Events. There is some discussion of ring signatures here.
