-User Client sends file successfully to service provider via nym-client -Service Provider recieveds, uploads to ipfs, and sends back cid via SURB - Current Status - working out the proccessing of recieved CID on User CLient.

- TS code dynamically adds Buttons when message is recieved. Service Provider Download TODO
- Images are currently corrupted - Tried ipfs.get but so far unsuccessful. Client takes blob value and reads it as a data type.

- Tested this morning with a PDF file , A Png Image and a Txt file. All work from Upload to Download.
- Added root readme as well as updating user-client and service-provider README's
