Duplicated month in month selector.

Hi there,

I was adding this package to a project of mine and after getting it up and running and testing it i found that in the month selector it only shows 11 months (with 1 month duplicated). But if you select them the month is correctly selected.

My guess is that is just a variable or typo error.

Also noticed that in the calendar in right side there are two "Wed"

This is duplicated. See #276.
Also, there is a PR that fixed this that was merged on Oct 14.

For the weekday bug, it is fixed on this PR 275, but this one wasn't merged yet
