[BUG] fcl.mutate does not use the correct currentUser configuration

Current Behavior

Currently, an incomplete currentUser configuration is passed to the mutate factory. We should update this so that the mutate object is passed instead to avoid these issues.

Expected Behavior

Use existing currentUser object instead of passing a full config
