Motivation
The name
fast_conv_bn_evalis not representative. Rename toefficient_conv_bn_eval.Modification
Feature rename.
BC-breaking (Optional)
Code using MMCV 2.0.1 and the
fast_conv_bn_evalfeature will break. However, since this is a new feature, I guess no one used it now.
