Findings

• The configuration guide’s new CLI examples for codex mcp add/list/get/remove exactly match the subcommands and flags exposed by the McpCli implementation, including the optional --json switch and the need for -- before the server command. docs/config.mdL370-L385 codex-rs/cli/src/mcp_cmd.rsL17-L339
• The advanced guide says running plain codex mcp launches the MCP server, which aligns with the CLI defaulting to the serve subcommand when none is provided. docs/advanced.mdL41-L50 codex-rs/cli/src/mcp_cmd.rsL90-L106

No inconsistencies were found between the documentation updates and the implemented CLI behavior.
