Live TV recording not working

When I try to record Live TV, it looks like the recording starts normally and shows as recording. But once it finishes, nothing shows up. There’s no file saved and nothing appears in the recordings list.

I’m using an M3U tuner, with the recording directory set to my external SSD. There are no errors shown, and everything acts like it worked, but the recording is just not there afterward.

The recording should show up after it finishes, but it never does.

This is the log that I think details the issue.

Make sure the jellyfin user has access to write files to the /media/logan/FILES BN/jellyfinrecord/ directory.

I.e.:

chown jellyfin /media/logan/FILES\ BN/jellyfinrecord/
chmod 755 /media/logan/FILES\ BN/jellyfinrecord/
