contractURI not supported

This may be out of scope since this repository is largely meant for the Zora.co nft marketplace but adding contractURI to SingleEditionMintable would enable contract metadata support for Polygon/MATIC and Opensea platform, etc.

This is a good idea! We do support contract uri as a first class citizen in our newer drops contracts.
