Support summernote v0.7.0

Hi,
I have an arror with the lsat version of Summernote:
TypeError: element.code is not a function line 90:
element.code(ngModel.$viewValue || '');

In Demo, there is no error.

Ok, you use the Summernote v0.6.16, but your module don't wrok with the version 0.7.0

I got it. v0.7.0 doesn't release yet.

Also have this issue. Need to use summernote 0.7 in my project for video support.

+1. v0.7.0 resolves a bug related to the cursor when inserting a node and simplifies the plugin system.
