This pull request depend on #283, please review it first.
There are 2 modes in
PhpPact\Standalone\Runner\ProcessRunner:runBlockingrunNonBlockingrunNonBlockingis not used at all, so we can replaceProcessRunnerby Symfony'sProcessto reduce custom code.
