Fix clear column

Currently it works only with default column configuration, otherwise paritytech/polkadot#5797 fails like this

Error:
   0: Error removing column IncompatibleColumnConfig { id: 1, reason: "Column config mismatch. Expected \"preimage: false, uniform: false, refc: false, compression: 0, ordered: false\", got \"preimage: false, uniform: false, refc: false, compression: 0, ordered: true\"" }

I've fixed this by using the column configuration from the metadata for the DB validation.
