Fix #170
Fixes a TODO in the handling of
ext_storage_read_version_1. We were returning the number of bytes written in the Wasm memory while Substrate returns the size of the value ignoring the maximum output size (cc paritytech/substrate#7084).Currently syncing from scratch to see if everything still works.
