This PR (based on #169) updates all of our flutter dependencies. However, I did not regenerate the Pigeon classes, as that will break the build until flutter/packages#1191 and flutter/packages#1225 are merged and released. Once that happens, I'll update this PR and unmark as draft.
I'll document the different changes I had to make later.
