Fix Bloomberg link check failure and update sponsor URL#23

Bloomberg blocks requests from GitHub IPs, causing CI link checks to fail. Added the URL to .lycheeignore and removed .lycheeignore from .gitignore so CI can use it. Updated Bloomberg sponsor link to match the foundation site.
