Removed some unneeded ones, and renamed others, the blocking manager string, was just QUIK, so why not use the app_name string?

This is mainly a dev facing change, there is still more work to be done to prepare for using weblate (#38), but this is a start.
I also changed the
blocking_manager_qksms_stringtoapp_namesince they are the same, and will remain the same.
