Bower install error

We can't install with bower currently. There is a syntax error in bower.json.

I'm going to release a new version as bower install quri/react-bootstrap-datetimepicker uses the latest tarball

I've pushed 0.0.9 as well as registered the package under react-bootstrap-datetimepicker on the bower registry
