chore: upgrade to polkadot 1.14 #141
Description
We want to upgrade to the latest polkadot sdk version. Because there are some problems with the integration tests being stuck until 1.14, the CI will fail. As a result, we will do the upgrades in a separate developer branch and merge to main when at 1.14.
