GetDynamicClass method: added the double check for "signature" in "classes" dictionary to avoid concurrency issues. CreateDynamicClass: removed the upgrade to write lock because managed by the caller "GetDynamicClass" method.
The API says the the Delete(Expression) syntax has been deprecated. Updating documentation
