Add package.json with dependencies

• - Added package.json with dependencies.
• - Flattened the structure of repository to make setupBabel work.
• - Added new eslint configuration - most of the errors were autofixed but there are still plenty of errors.
• - You can run CLI by running node ./local-cli/cli.js.
• - Tests are failing, because there is not jest configuration in package.json.
• - Some files are missing from original repository (most of them are from ./Libraries directory in original repository).
• - Fixes Add package.json with dependencies #9

Thanks for sending over this PR! I'll go ahead and cherry-pick the commits that are related to the package.json itself.

Can't merge linting because we need to update it to include latest changes to the master branch.
