Remove bower.json

As far as I know no one who actively maintains this repo has any knowledge of or interest in bower. I think it's safe to say that we don't want the additional burden of having to support another package manager at the moment, seeing as that time and effort should be directed at fixing existing issues.

There's also the additional fact that we don't own the "react-autocomplete" name on bower.

I propose we remove bower.json.
