Added a list of tags that are in use. People can of course suggest new ones 👍 (but the interesting part is if they actually intersect in the categories... if not, they aren't of much use) |

I liked the feedback from @julienrbrt in sindresorhus/awesome#2424 (comment) and implemented somewhat of a simplification of the casual way that tags were used in the list.
Ultimately, we might want to just list out the "valid" tags. The current goal is to showcase that there is an intersection of the categories... in the longer run it could also be used for something else.
