Why is it still trying to use npm when bootstrapping from Bun?

It's just using npm view to list the available versions of rescript and rescript-core. I agree it should use the packager it was invoked with, but AFAIK bun does not have such a command yet. So for now it's still required to have npm installed as a fallback.

But for installation it always uses the package manager it was invoked with.

Ok, the next version will just fetch from npm's registry directly, no npm view needed anymore.
It also will be configurable via environment variable (NPM_CONFIG_REGISTRY).
