Rob Szumlakowski's vim settings.

Uses the "plugged" plugin manager.  After cloning this repository into
your ~/.vim directory load vim and run the ":PlugInstall" command to
install all plugins.

The `init.vim` file is a configuration file for Neovim.  Put this file
in the `~/.config/nvim` directory.
