This uses U+202F NARROW NO-BREAK SPACE which renders a thinner space (to avoid too much white space in combination with the period and to avoid splitting abbreviations with an automatic line break). More information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-breaking_space#Width_variation
