Readme issue: BIND_ADDRESS should be replaced by GRANIAN_HOST and GRANIAN_PORT

None of BIND_ADDRESS, SEARXNG_BIND_ADDRESS, or SEARXNG_PORT has any effect now. However, README.md is still suggesting users to set the BIND_ADDRESS env here.

It should be replace by GRANIAN_HOST and GRANIAN_PORT, as implied by changes around this line. I tried and they work.

Thanks for reporting this. We intend to move all the documentation to https://docs.searxng.org/admin/installation-docker.html sometime later to keep everything in sync with SearXNG changes.
