Provide a Top Link in template

After following a link to a covered method the line number is appended at the URL. It would be nice if a link is provided at the very beginning of the report file instead of removing the anchor manually from the URL

This should be part of the 1.3 release, unless @sebastianbergmann doesn't like it. Basically a small Font Awesome arrow from bootstrap fades in once you've scrolled down to the code view:
