Async eval from ari REPL to support interrupts #39
Description
Rather than the naive synchronous eval that ari currently supports, refactor the REPL (both raw and rich) to evaluate code asynchronously. Further extend the REPL such that Ctrl-c interrupt will abort the current evaluation.
