What did you implement:

Closes #364

How did you implement it:

Adding a .vscode/launch.json to provide debug feature using vscode.

How can we verify it:

  • Checkout this PR branc
  • go to babel-webpack-4 example folder
  • Run npm install
  • Try debugging it in vscode using all the provided configurations.

Todos:

  • Write tests
  • Write documentation
  • Fix linting errors
  • Make sure code coverage hasn't dropped
  • Provide verification config / commands / resources
  • Enable "Allow edits from maintainers" for this PR
  • Update the messages below

I think this order should be reversed, shouldn't it? The sls-webpack hooks should precede the offline hooks internally.

It worked for me this way, but I realized that at README we state to use serverless-offline after serverless-webpack so I'm going to change it.
