feat: add @n-s-rdotdev to the registry directory

This PR adds @n-s-rdotdev to the third-party registry directory (apps/v4/registry/directory.json).

Context:
As someone who is building more projects in the recent times, setting up Auth and DB is something that is repeated every time. It includes multiple dependencies installations and adding bunch of files every time. I wanted to simplify that process down to a single command.

Quick-Setups included in the registry as of now:

• Drizzle + Neon setup.
• Better Auth setup.

Compliance Checklist:

• The registry is open-source and publicly accessible.
• The registry uses a flat structure with valid JSON files.
• The files array does NOT include a content property.
