Here is a fix on Device.cs to sent the correct number of registers on the methods using SetPixelShaderConstantF / SetPixelShaderConstantI / SetVertexShaderConstantF / SetVertexShaderConstantI
Now the register count is /4 for float and int registers, only *4 for a matrix
