As specified in this issue : http://code.google.com/p/sharpdx/issues/detail?id=298

Here is a fix on Device.cs to sent the correct number of registers on the methods using SetPixelShaderConstantF / SetPixelShaderConstantI / SetVertexShaderConstantF / SetVertexShaderConstantI

Now the register count is /4 for float and int registers, only *4 for a matrix
