Problem Description

When a user is added to an existing Omni account, they should receive an email notifying them of this.

Solution

Due to the difficulty of sending email with DKIM and SPF, we will probably only do this for our SaaS.

For SaaS we can just use SendGrid.

This continues to perplex users:

Hi, I've tried inviting two different users to our Omni instance (https://i3d-dev.omni.siderolabs.io/) but they don't seem to receive the initial email, tried with my own Gmail to test it out, but that didn't work either.

There are no emails coming out, they just can sign in.

If we are not going to implement the email flow soon, we should implement a message to the person creating the user account:
"The new user will not receive a notification, but can now log in to Omni. Please let them know.
[ ] (Check box) Do not show this message again."
