Version 1.5 Release Preparation

Bug Report

In preparation for the upcoming v1.5 release of the JavaScript Suite, some necessary steps need to be taken to ensure the release candidate will be ready. Including:

1. Updating the package.json version to v1.5.0 so the library will log the correct version on startup.
2. Updating the max RPC version to 8.0.0.
3. Running the RPC Spec generator to ensure all changes from the upcoming RPC Spec v8.0.0 are included.
