/configprops and /env sanitize property values differently #1027
Description
EnvironmentEndpoint and ConfigurationPropertiesReportEndpoint should use the same logic to sanitize property values.
Right now only ConfigurationPropertiesReportEndpoint can be configured to add new keys to suppress.
