Rename spring.mongodb.uuid-representation #47052
Description
We've learned over the years that more configuration property groups are better than fewer. As we're changing the MongoDB properties anyway (#34954), we should take the opportunity to rename spring.mongodb.uuid-representation to spring.mongodb.representation.uuid. This leaves us well-placed if we need more representation properties in the future.
