Add StackQL provider development skill for Claude Code 
Comprehensive SKILL.md documenting all supported OpenAPI extensions
and configuration parameters for StackQL provider development:

- All x-stackQL-* extensions (resources, config, graphQL, alias, stringOnly)
- Authentication types (service_account, api_key, oauth2, aws_signing_v4, etc.)
- Pagination configuration (token-based, link header, offset)
- Transform algorithms (queryParamTranspose, requestTranslate, requestBodyTranslate)
- Response processing (objectKey extraction, schema_override, transforms)
- SQL verb mapping and method selection algorithm
- Views and external tables configuration
- Complete provider and service document examples
