As a ros user, I think it would be really useful if ZED's SLAM result is available in a point cloud message. It makes us easier to visualize, analyze, compare the data from already existing tools.

Basically, you just need to set enable_spatial_mapping param as true, and change some mapping parameters if you want. Please tell me things that needs to be done before we gonna merge the PR.
