Update Debian 9.5 node to 10

Following up on #16 (comment), I have re-installed the server from scratch a while ago and it’s now a Debian 10.
If the public SSH key of the Jenkins node has not changed it should still work (IP and username are the same).

It's missing Java:

Couldn't figure out the Java version of /usr/local/java/bin/java

java.io.IOException: Java not found on hudson.slaves.SlaveComputer@3e5d8b11. Install a Java 8 version on the Agent.

My bad, I have now installed Java:

openjdk version "11.0.12" 2021-07-20
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.12+7-post-Debian-2deb10u1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.12+7-post-Debian-2deb10u1, mixed mode, sharing)
