2018.3 compatibility

This no longer works as of 2018.3

It times out at LoginWithCredentials. Increasing the timeout doesn't help, it will hang forever. Works great in all previous versions though.

This single issue currently stops the script working in modern versions of Unity...
I've tried to fix it myself but no luck so far...will keep digging because this script is very useful!

Thanks Andrew, that is great to know. I think I'm moving away from Batch Mode anyway though since Unity has changed the way things are displayed on the store. Seems like I can just upload one version for the oldest version of Unity I want to support and then check some boxes to tell Unity that that one version works for everything. Now instead of the store page just saying "Uploaded for version 5.6" it properly says "Supported Unity versions 5.6.0 or higher" so it looks like there's no real benefit anymore of uploading a different version for every editor version unless you actually need those versions to be different (which thankfully I do not any more).
