People are sometimes confused by the behavior of
yield_now(). Hopefully this should help a bit.This PR also removes the
cfg_rt!macro as rustfmt doesn't work inside it. There is another use ofcfg_rt!aroundyield_nowintokio/src/task/mod.rs.
