feat: integrate Algolia DocSearch

Description

This PR integrates Algolia DocSearch to enhance users' search experience.

Environment Variables

The following environment variables need to be configured for this to work:

ALGOLIA_APP_ID=your_algolia_app_id
ALGOLIA_API_KEY=your_algolia_api_key
ALGOLIA_INDEX_NAME=your_algolia_index_name

Changes Made

• Added necessary configuration in docusaurus.config.js including appId, apiKey, and indexName to enable DocSearch.
