Reorder alphabetically two lists of components in the documentation:
site/content/docs/5.1/customize/overview.mdsite/content/docs/5.1/getting-started/introduction.mdNote: If this PR is merged, a similar PR could be created for

IMO it is easier for the user to find information in an alphabetical ordered list.
